The Clean Sweep program in Jefferson County offers residents, farms, and small businesses a safe and legal way to get rid of unwanted pesticides, hazardous household items, and chemicals before they lead to issues. Properly disposing of hazardous waste helps protect our community, our children, and the environment.
This program is funded through grant money from Wisconsin’s Department of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection (DATCP), host fees from the Deer Track Park Landfill, support from Jefferson County, and donations from individuals and businesses.
